Eligibility: Westgate Resorts PFL Playoffs-VIP Fight Night PFL Playoff Experience giveaway is open only to those who sign up at the Westgate Sports & Entertainment event by entering their information and completing all areas in the submission form. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered between Friday, March 15, 2024 (03/15/2024) starting at 10:00 AM EST through Sunday, July 14, 2024 (07/14/2024) by 11:59 PM EST while attending an event at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, during the giveaway period. You may enter the giveaway by visiting the entry booth located at the games during the giveaway period and enter your personal information in all required fields on either the available tablets or by visiting the giveaway landing page and providing all required information. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You must fill in the information requested to be qualified to win. You may not use multiple email addresses, accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Prize and Prize Conditions: One winner will receive $300 in PFL branded swag, four (4) tickets to the PFL Playoffs scheduled on August 16, 2024 (08/16/2024) at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL, a Meet and Great with PFL talent on August 16, 2024 (08/16/2024), and a 3 days/2 night stay good for two (2) people at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Prize includes resort assessed taxes and fees for stay. Average retail value is $2,528.64. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. Game Package portion of the prize must be used on August 16, 2024 (08/16/2024). Resort stay portion of the prize must be used by August 16, 2024. Must follow reservation directions provided by Sponsor and a reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival at resort. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner must pay security deposit for incidentals at resort check-in. The prize is nontransferable. Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or package. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner selection and notification: The winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor to be conducted on July 20, 2024 (07/20/2024) at 8680 Commodity Circle, Orlando, FL 32819. Following the winner selection winners will be notified by phone call and email to the number and address provided at time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ lack of account notifications, spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or fails to claim the prize within twenty-four hours (24 hrs.) from the time award notification was sent, and/or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

Disputes/Mandatory ARBITRATION: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF USA AND FLORIDA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. In the event of any controversy, claim or dispute between the Entrant and the Sponsor arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, conscionability, or validity thereof, including any determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and may take place via the Internet and/or telephonically in accordance with the rules of the chosen arbitration service provider. The arbitrator shall be neutral and independent and shall comply with the AAA code of ethics.
